To prevent unauthorized activities, we collect detailed information about your mobile device, including make, model, regional settings, device identifier (e.g., IMEI), and serial number. We also gather data about the applications installed on your device to assess your borrowing propensity and overall debt profile. Our data processing adheres to the highest security standards to ensure your privacy is well-protected.
Call Logs
Once you authorize call logging permissions, we will contact you via voice call to verify that you are using your own cell phone to install our app and receive our dynamic password verification on the same device. Specifically, we verify your device through call logs and ensure you have received a call from us. This process enhances your credit reliability and speeds up loan processing. Rest assured, we never monitor, read, store, or share any of your private call data. We are dedicated to protecting your privacy and data security.
Installed Applications
With your permission, we collect details about the applications installed on your device, such as application names, package names, installation and update times, and version names. This information helps us build a more accurate assessment of your financial status and is used for anti-fraud purposes. These data will be securely transmitted to our servers (https://refactoring.mojamkopo.com/review). If you wish to delete your personal data, please contact our customer service, and we will remove it within 15 business days.
Location Information
We track and analyze your device's geographical location information for risk assessment and credit scoring purposes related to your borrowing behavior. These location details are securely transmitted to Blazeloan servers (https://refactoring.mojamkopo.com/review) and are highly protected.

When using the App, you provide relevant information for its functionality. For example, during electronic money transactions, you provide payment-related details.
2.2 Information collected whenever you use the App or visit our Website:
Technical data, such as IP address, viewed webpages, visit/session duration, internet device identity (ID), media access control address, and device manufacturer, model, and operating system, is collected when using the App or visiting our Website.
Automated collection using cookies may also occur, enhancing user experience. You can adjust cookie settings on your device or browser, but this may affect functionality.
Geo-location information is tracked in real-time when using the App through your Mobile Device.
Technical information about your Mobile Device is collected, including device type, unique identifiers, mobile network details, operating system, and browser.
All SMS data is collected, specifically related to financial transactions for credit risk assessment. Personal SMS data is not monitored, read, stored, or shared.
Phonebook contacts are gathered to augment your credit profile and facilitate references in loan applications or app invitations to friends.
Geo-location information is collected when the App is in the foreground; efforts are made to cease collection when in the background.

We work with third parties (credit bureaus, banks, mobile network providers, etc.) to provide our Services, and we may receive information about you from them. This is collected for specific purposes in line with this Privacy Policy and Applicable Law.
